Canouan is an easy destination to get to as daily air transfers are available from Barbados, St. Lucia and Grenada on Grenadine Airways which take 35mins from Barbados, 40mins from Grenada and 55mins from St. Lucia.
We recommend all our clients fly through Barbados as there is a dedicated VIP airport concierge team available to assist you with your needs.
On your way to Canouan when connecting through Barbados, you do not have to clear immigration, as you have an in transit connection, and your luggage will be checked through by our concierge team.
All air transfers and private charters from Barbados, St. Lucia, Grenada and other destinations are bookable via the hotel.
Daily air transfers on brand new twin propeller planes only take 35mins from Barbados to Canouan and offer the best connections. All the flights from St. Lucia, Barbados and Grenada can be viewed on www.canouan.com/flights. Each Hotel has packages that include these air transfers based on a minimum night stay requirement, please inform for more details.
Rates include daily maid service, complimentary access to the Pink Sands Club bars, restaurants, spa and kids club and the restaurants/bars at Tamarind Beach Hotel. A day use fee applies to access the pool and beach of the Pink Sands Club during the Festive and Winter Seasons. This day use may not always be available and is therefore on a request basis only even if complimentary in the summer. The Laughing Turtle Golf Course / Canouan Golf Club can be accessed at the same rate of Pink Sands Club Residents.

We welcome families year-round. Cribs are available on request. The Kids and Teenagers Club is available and is complimentary for children age 3 and above. It opens from 9 am to 8 pm daily. Babysitting services are available upon request and a charge of 20 USD per hour, minimum of 3 hours, applies per child and any additional child will be charged 5 USD per hour.
Festive: A 10-night requirement for stays between December 16, 2016 to January 4, 2017 and Dec 18, 2017 to Jan 6, 2018. An 8-night requirement for stays arriving or departing on December 28th, 29th and 30th of 2016 and 2017 (restrictions apply).
Dec 16, 2016 – Jan 4, 2017: (Festive period) 50% deposit is required at time of booking of which 50% is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due by September 1, 2016. The entire stay will be charged for any cancellations after September 1, 2016.
Jan 5 – April 22, 2017: 30 days prior to arrival – 3-night deposit requirement. If cancellations are sent less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the 3 nights deposit will be charged or not be refunded.
June 25 – Dec 15, 2016 & April 23 – Dec 18, 2017: 14 days prior to arrival – 3-night deposit requirement. If cancellations are sent less than 14 days prior to arrival date, the 3 nights deposit will be charged or not be refunded. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing directly to the Hotel’s reservations department and acknowledged in writing by the reservations department.

Three courses each meal from the a la carte menu. Meal plans are priced per person, are non-commissionable and subject to a 15% tax and 10% service charge. Beverages are not included in any of the meal plans. Children under 3 years old are complimentary.
Parents and children must be on the same meal plan. Unused meals cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit. Supplemental charges may apply for the degustation menu, special dinners or special items on the menu for guests on a meal plan. Meal plans must be applied on the entire stay.
