Big Blue Ocean is a beautiful five-bedroom split-level residence, with 7,352 Sq. ft (683 Sq. m) of covered space. Located on 2.4 acres, it includes direct beach access with its own private path directly on to Point De Jour Beach where you can swim in the turquoise waters or enjoy a romantic dinner. There is a large infinity pool and jacuzzi located off the main terrace, with a 2,745 Sq. ft (255 Sq. m) deck, offering views of the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful barrier reef.

External finishes are a blend of stone, adobe painted cement walls and hardwood windows and doors. Roofs are wallaba shingles which blend naturally into the environment, giving you the feeling of being surrounded by nature.

Through the main entrance you enter the foyer into the large air-conditioned great room with beautiful views or open the huge folding glass sliding doors which bring the outside in, whilst capturing the prevailing tropical trade winds of this paradise. The Beach House is a four or five-bedroom single level residence compromising 3,983 Sq. ft (370 Sq. m) of covered space including two guest cottages, an outdoor pool and deck, with its own private pathway to the soothing turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

Turtle Creek is five/six-bedroom single story villa, with 10,220 Sq. ft (949.5 Sq. m) of covered air-conditioned space on over 4 acres of land. It includes a spacious guest house, an expansive, lush and exquisitely landscaped 2.84 acre garden with a 1184 Sq. ft (110 Sq. m) private pool, offering complete privacy for its guests. The estate home is perfect for larger family vacations and family reunions. The garden is also a perfect venue for a special event or ceremony.

Through the main entrance you enter into the large great room with entertainment and dining area, bar and three large automatic glass sliding doors which when fully open bring the outside in, whilst capturing the prevailing tropical trade winds of this undiscovered paradise.
The villa features an indoor/outdoor dining and seating area. The covered veranda dining space can seat up to twelve people.
Turtle creek includes a fully-equipped kitchen with SUB–ZERO and WOLF appliances throughout. The large kitchen is ideal for one of our chefs to prepare a special dinner or cater a private event.
The left wing of the villa has one large master bedroom offering a private and peaceful environment. It includes an honor bar, a private media room and adjacent study. The master bedrooms’ en–suite marble bathroom includes a free-standing bathtub and separate walk-in shower, located where guests can enjoy the picturesque scenery of the garden, pool and ocean beyond.
In the right wing of the villa you will find two additional bedrooms, located a few steps away from the great room. This spectacular villa located high on the hillside offers complete privacy and unparalleled views of the Caribbean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean, Mount Royal, the southern Grenadine Islands, Canouan Estate golf course and the entire length of Canouan Island.

This stunning property is located on 5.6 acres, with 6,850 Sq. ft (636 Sq. m) of indoor living space. The estate comprises of four individual bedroom pavilions, each are 1200 Sq. ft (111 Sq. m) in size. There is a media room which can be converted to a 5^th bedroom if required. Each bedroom pavilion has a king-size bed, spacious bathroom, sitting room and large verandah. Each bedroom has two televisions, sound system, desk, telephone, wireless internet connection, refrigerator and coffee-maker.

The main entertainment area includes a great room with walls that slide open to a large verandah, an infinity pool 59 ft (18 meters) long with large sun deck, a two-story gazebo with stunning views, an outdoor bar and grill, perfect for entertaining large families and soaking up the Caribbean sun. A world-class sound system provides music throughout the home.

There are two dining areas one outside in the gazebo and one indoors in the formal dining room, each will seat twelve guests.

The estate also includes a media room with a large screen television, desk and telephone. The entire house has wireless access to the internet.

The gardens surrounding Il Sogno are planned to the last detail. These gardens are designed to bloom in every season – surrounding every room with vibrant colors. Also planted on the property are banana, plantain, lime, orange, grapefruit, mango, papaya, breadfruit, avocado and fig trees.
